• Ensures that the fruits and vegetables are stored in a
  CONTROLLED environment
• Distributes fruits and vegetables in a REFRIGERATED
  transport
• Regularly checks the QUALITY of fruits and vegetables
  by SKC inspection team and/or in the lab
